We need you!


...for you! With YOUR support we can continue to be the world's best all-around meeting. Experienced volunteers will support you in all tasks at the beginning. In order to prepare for future tasks in the best possible way, we are looking for the following special areas:

  • INSPIRE WITH CREATIVE DETAILS
Ambition to become an advertising guru? We are looking for a:n creative:n lateral thinker:in for our advertising activities - print-- & online presences. You are still in training, or want to make a name for yourself with the world's best all-around meeting? Are you proficient in Creative Cloud programs?

Estimated time commitment:
Approximately 5 hours per month during the year, slightly more before and during the hypomeeting in May.
This position requires close coordination with the OC team

  • PRESENT THE SPONSORS WITH ANIMATIONS
Are you interested in the optimal presentation of our sponsors on the LED board? You can do After Effects in your sleep?
In this position, you also coordinate with those responsible in the OC team.

The estimated time required:
Approximately 5 hours per month from March to May.

  • PUT THE VOLUNTEERS IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Our volunteers are a valuable asset - because only with you and everyone else can such a great event take place! That's why it's important for us to get pictures and moving images of our volunteers. Your task? Take pictures and shoot scenes of our staff members during the set-up/break-down and during the hypomeeting!

Estimated time commitment:
During the week of the hypomeeting from Friday to Monday noon. Afterwards time to prepare a film and the photo material.

  • KEEP DETAILS
Our subsidy providers and about 60 sponsors are incredibly important for our success! After the hypomeeting we send all partners a documentation about the presence before/during/after the hypomeeting. This requires meticulous work, very good spelling skills, confidentiality. We design the documentation using Adobe Indesign.

The estimated time needed:
For preparation/data collection you need about 20 hours (from March).
After the hypomeeting, the finalization (until 15.07.) will take about 25 hours.
